I have been to this gym a couple times now, but I really like the programming and coaches. The coaches seem knowledgeable and very helpful. They have the best Rogue rigs available, which makes a big difference. I would recommend them.
I just started coming, but I LOVE IT! The workouts are extremely challenging, but I don't leave beat up. I love the style and the staff are extremely nice and make you feel welcome. I'm excited to keep coming back for more!
