Boom Lehi or Boom Pleasant Grove — which location should I join?

First, the thing people get wrong
You are not choosing one. A single Unlimited membership covers both gyms. Join at whichever is closer and use the other whenever it suits — before a meeting on the other side of the freeway, on the way home from somewhere else, whatever.
So the real question is just which one becomes your default.

How to actually decide
Pick the one you'll drive to on a bad day. Not the one that's nicer on a Saturday when you have all afternoon. The gym you use is the one that's convenient on a Tuesday in February when you're tired and it's dark. Ten minutes closer beats almost every other consideration.
Think about the direction you're already travelling. A gym on your commute gets used. A gym that requires a separate trip gets skipped. Look at where you already drive, then pick.
Come to a class at each before you decide. The free week covers both. Different times of day have different crowds and different energy, and the honest way to find your room is to stand in it.
What's the same at both
The coaching standard and the programming. Same workout, same standards, same expectations, whichever door you walk through. That's deliberate — a member should be able to move between them without recalibrating.
It also means if you move within the county, or change jobs, your membership follows you. Nothing to cancel, nothing to rejoin.
What's genuinely different
The rooms have different personalities, mostly because of who trains there and when. The morning kidcare crowd in Pleasant Grove is not the same crowd as the after-work group in Lehi. Neither is better. But one of them is probably more your people, and you'll know within a week.
The simplest possible answer
Join at the one closer to your house. Use the other when it's easier. That's it — this isn't a decision worth agonizing over, and it's reversible any day of the week.
