What are the best gyms in Lindon, Utah?

First, a correction that saves people a phone call
If you search “Lindon gym” you will land on the City of Lindon’s gym page. That facility is a single-court multipurpose wood floor gym with basketball standards, a stage and an attached kitchen — lines painted for basketball, volleyball and pickleball. It is a rental venue, quoted at $50 an hour for residents and $60 for non-residents on weekdays. It is not a weight room and it is not a drop-in fitness center. People call about memberships there all the time and there are none to buy.
The city’s Aquatics Center is a different thing and it is genuinely good value if swimming is your training. Daily admission is listed at $7 for adults 18–54, $6 for youth 4–17, $5 for seniors 55+, and $3 for weekday-morning fitness swim. Punch passes run from $55 for ten to $262.50 for fifty.

Is there a 24-hour gym in Lindon?
Not a conventional one inside the city limits that we can point you to. HOTWORX advertises 24-hour member access with staffed hours Monday–Thursday 11am–8pm, Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm, and first-time guests have to do orientation during staffed hours — but that is sauna-based training, not a weight floor. If what you want is a door code and a squat rack at 5am, you are looking just outside Lindon. Boom members get 24/7 door-code access at both our gyms, and Pleasant Grove is the close one.
How far is it really?
This is the part that decides it for most people. Lindon sits between Pleasant Grove and Orem, and it is small. From most of Lindon you are a handful of minutes from Pleasant Grove going north and a similar distance from Orem going south. The practical question is not “which gym is in my city” but “which gym is on the road I already drive.” If you commute north toward Lehi and Silicon Slopes, Pleasant Grove is on your way. If you commute south toward Provo, Orem is.
What we would tell a Lindon resident honestly
If you want a 45-minute coached class close to home and you like variety, F45 is right there and that is exactly what it does. If you want short sessions and heat, HOTWORX is a genuinely different product and some people love it. If you swim, the city pool is cheaper than anything else on this page.
If what you actually want is to get stronger on a real weekly split with a coach who sets your loads — and you want to know the price before you walk in — that is what we built. Unlimited at Boom is $119.99 a month, month to month, no contract, no initiation fee, and it covers both our gyms. Kidcare is included: Pleasant Grove runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9–10am, Lehi runs Monday–Friday 8–10am, and those hours are subject to change. Your first week is free — every class for seven days, not one trial session.
How to choose without wasting a month
Go to two of them in the same week. Almost every gym on this page has a trial of some kind: F45 advertises three classes for $30, HOTWORX offers a first complimentary session to local first-timers during staffed hours, and our first week is free. Doing two in one week tells you more than a month of reading comparison pages, including this one.
