Is there a 24-hour gym in Lehi or Pleasant Grove that also has real coaching?
Why do you usually have to pick one or the other?
Because they're different business models. The big-box 24-hour gyms sell access — a door code, a floor full of machines, and a personal trainer you pay separately by the hour. The boutique studios sell coaching — real programming, real instruction, and a schedule that closes when the last class ends. Most people need both and end up compromising on one. We built Boom to not make you choose, because the two problems people actually have are "I don't know what to do" and "I can't get there at 6pm."
What does 24/7 access get me at Boom?
A door code for both locations. Members come in outside class hours to do the day's posted workout on their own, finish a session they had to cut short, get a lift in at 5am before a flight, or come at 9pm after the kids are down. Rogue rigs, lifting platforms, barbells and bumper plates, rowers, bikes, sleds, kettlebells, dumbbells and private showers are all there whether a coach is on the floor or not.
When are the coached classes?
Monday through Friday, 6–10am and 5–6:30pm. Saturday, 8:30–9:30am. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm if you need a human on the phone. Classes are 45 to 60 minutes and run on a fixed weekly split, so you always know what you're walking into: Monday legs, Tuesday chest and shoulders, Wednesday active recovery or full-body circuit, Thursday legs again for glutes and hamstrings, Friday back and arms, Saturday full-body circuit, cardio and HYROX-style stations.
What do I actually do when I'm here alone at 10pm?
The day's workout is posted in the member app every morning, so a 10pm session isn't guesswork — you run the same session the coached classes ran, at the loads your coach set for you. That's the part most 24-hour memberships are missing. Access without a program is how people spend two years doing the same three machines. A program you can run at any hour is a different thing entirely.
Is it safe to train alone at night?
It's a door-code facility, so the only people in the building are members. Use common sense on the heavy stuff — that's what the coached sessions are for, and if you're new, do your first month in class before you start training solo. A coach would rather set your squat depth at 6am than find out about it later.
How is this different from a big-box 24-hour gym?
Coaching is included, not upsold. At most 24-hour gyms, personal training is the revenue model and a session costs $60 to $100. At Boom, every class is trainer-led and included in the $119.99 Unlimited membership, along with nutrition management and coach check-ins. We're also not a CrossFit affiliate — here's the honest difference — we run coached functional circuit training and functional bodybuilding, scaled to whoever's in the room.
Does my membership work at both locations?
Yes. One membership, both gyms, same code. Lehi at 1657 N State St. in the Anata Building, and Pleasant Grove at 564 W 700 S Ste. 304. People who work in one city and live in the other use both in the same week, which is the main reason we keep the split and the schedule identical.
What does it cost and how do I start?
Unlimited is $119.99 a month, month to month, no contract — every class, 24/7 access, weekday kidcare (Lehi Mon–Fri 8–10am, Pleasant Grove Tue/Thu/Fri 9–10am) and nutrition management included. Couples Unlimited $165.99, Family $219.99, Student $55.99 with ID, Open Gym $65.99, or a 10-class pass for $120 that never expires. Your first week is free: every trainer-led class for seven days, no card. Call or text (801) 362-6315, or book at boomfitnessculture.com.
